We are currently looking for an Oracle DBA at Richmond, VA (6-12 Months contract position), kindly go through below requirement for the same and do forward the updated profile of your consultant's at your immediate convenience. *Job Title: Oracle DBA * *Location: Richmond, VA* *Duration: Contract 6-12 months* *Pay: Up to $30.00/hr.* *Skills required: * - Have at least 5 years managing large scale Oracle database related activities, with specific emphasis on 10g database. - Hands on experience, configuring databases in Solaris operating system. - Unix shell scripting knowledge is a plus. - Hands on experience with setting up, troubleshooting Oracle enterprise manager 10g. - Possess very good knowledge and experience in RMAN/Dataguard, datapump and transportable table-spaces. - Hands on experience applying and troubleshooting database patches. - 10g Application server experience is desired, but not required. - Good team player with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
