Position: Sr. Business Analyst-SAP PP & MM Duration:Permanent Position Location:Memphis, TN or Andover, MA Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Business discipline or equivalent work experience. Minimum 4 Years experience preferred. Must have a good knowledge and understanding of SAP systems with a focus on PP &, MM. SAP Configuration and User Support experience in and around the SAP Production Planning & Materials Management module, including at least one SAP implementation. **Must have experience with 'Flexible Planning' (first choice) or 'Sales & Operations Planning'** CPIM Certification preferred. Manufacturing Background preferred. Job Description Systems analysis position is in the SAP Production Planning and Materials Management area. Position provides global support for enterprise business systems, primarily SAP R/3. The SAP PP/MM Analyst is responsible for ensuring the daily operation, and continued development of SAP with special focus on manufacturing planning and execution across multiple sites, in support of key business processes in a regulated environment. Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems OR 5 – 6 years of equivalent external work experience in the business area, from an IT and business perspective. Formal certification in Primary Module is required. Must have advanced configuration knowledge in a minimum of two modules. Must have Project Management experience in application area on a large scale (more than 6 months) project. Must have knowledge and/or experience in Supply Chain Management Five plus years experience with SAP configuration. Knowledge of PU module. Strong understanding of business processes, practices and procedures Willingness to learn new emerging technology such as SRM, SCM, APO, SNC and Service Management. Working knowledge of project management practices and methodology's •Ability to perform hands on configuration in Supply Chain Management specifically the Purchasing area. •Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications for outputs and new custom functionality in the SCM area. Customer service skills as well as effective communication skills – both verbal and written.
