(Preferably in the Contact Centers) * Well versed with Vantive form designer and Vantive tools. * 6+ year experience with Oracle PL.SQL development includes stored procedures, packages and triggers. * Experience with UNIX shell scripting on AIX environment * Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycles * Strong written, oral communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills * Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work and communicate with clients, other IT staff, vendors, external partners, System Integrators etc. * Ability to maintain standards, prioritize project work to meet customer's needs. * Experience in implementing CRM systems (Vantive,Clarify,Siebel) * Experience with Mainframe, UNIX and Windows systems architecture. * Experience with Databases: Oracle 10g * Must have experience in designing/developing oracle stored procedures, triggers, packages.
