Position: C# Developer Location: Indiana Polis, IN Duration: 1 Year RATE: $40-43/hr C2C Description: IDEM is seeking senior .Net C# developers with strong business/functional/technical requirements gathering skills to work with IDEM's IT development team to fulfill work associated with grant monies received from U.S. EPA. The successful candidate will work intimately with an IDEM business unit to understand and document requirements for proposed .NET applications and subsequently code new and/or extend existing .NET based applications and web services to address identified business needs. The selected candidate will also be expected to contribute significantly to database schema designs and implementations. The successful candidate should have demonstrated proficiencies with the following technologies: Visual Studio 2005 (Windows and Web development), NET C#, Oracle DB. AJAX, Altova XML suite are pluses. Although not essential, developers having developed/worked with Environmental Information Exchange Network data flow schemas is considered an additional plus.
