Please include an email verifying all technical expertise and prior experience claimed.* T*he Start-up Manager will be responsible for all necessary for planning, management and execution of:* *· Data extraction from SAP and legacy systems* *· Chart of Accounts* *· Cost Center* *· WBS Elements* *· Customer Master* *· Vendor Master* *· Bank Master* *· Fixed Asset Master* *· B/S Balance data Conversion* *· AP/AR Open Item Conversion* *· Data cleansing * *· Conversion of the extracted data to the new SAP format* *· Create programs, tools, etc. to support the above, including auditable evidence of the accuracy of the conversion and migration* *· Plan and manage cutover Migration:* *· Plan Data cleansing and migration preparation* *· Plan migration test and support with creation of test cases* *· Plan migration procedure* *· Work with System Managers to provide data to be migrated * *· Create necessary programs and tools for data migration on legacy side * *· Plan mock migration* *· Conduct mock migrations* *· Migrate data* *· Spotcheck Migration Results * *· Sign off migration and possible involvement with auditor Cutover:* *· Provide guidelines for cutover (sequencing)* *· Create operation manual/framework according to SLA * *· Create archiving concept for legacy SAP system* *· Coordinate all steps to start using the new SAP application * *· Update / localize contingency plan * *· Conduct Cutover & Report* * * -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
