> DESCRIPTION
> Our client is developing an automated Child Support Case Management System
> (CAMS) to enhance the current Title IV-D system supporting Florida's Child
> Support Enforcement (CSE) Program. The system is being developed with
> Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology using SAP. To support this
> effort we are seeking 1 consultant who has experience with a Florida
> Department of Revenue SAP implementation or who has experience with these
> modules: CRM, BW, Enterprise Portal. 
> SCOPE
> At a minimum, it is expected that the selected consultant will participate
> in all system operation and maintenance activities including but not
> limited to, "as is" and "to be" documentation, progress reporting, SAP
> configuration, SAP development and to participation in status meetings. 
> You must have sufficient knowledge, understanding and experience with SAP
> products to provide technical assistance with the operation and
> maintenance of the first phase of CAMS including coordination and
> execution of adjustments to database designs, data warehousing designs,
> data management, data conversion and data cleansing activities for the
> ongoing exchange of data from a SAP environment with those stakeholders
> and partners relying on an IMS COBOL system as well as in response to the
> development and implementation of the second phase of CAMS. 
> Your activities may include: Models related to data, processes, workflow,
> requirements and testing, Review of CAMS functional and system
> requirements and specifications, Data transfer (interface) requirements
> between CAMS and any other automated system or resource, including the
> Florida On-Line Recipient Integrated Data Access (FLORIDA) system, System
> change requests, Completion of deliverable review comment matrix,
> presentations and position papers. 
> RESPONSIBILITIES
> Assist the Design Lead in the development of requirements and design.
> Assist in the implementation of new technology
> Perform functional analysis of SAP
> Apply system solutions to business problems through the design and
> programming of automated systems.
> Assist in the reengineering of business processes for implementation in a
> SAP solution
> Provide expertise in business rule administration, assisting in the
> definition of business rules, evaluation of how those rules are encoded in
> an appropriate repository, and the ongoing maintenance of those rules
> Participate in the review of project deliverables associated with design
> requirements, development and implementation
> Assist in the development and critical review of appropriate work flows,
> forms, and design documents that describe proposed and/or implemented
> system functionality 
> Position Requirements/Technical Skills: 
> CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS the FOLLOWING
> Knowledge, understanding, and/or experience with SAP products 
> Ability to generate briefing papers, issue papers, other management
> reports, and presentations (i.e., Power-Point), when required 
> Knowledge, understanding, and experience with data integrity, data base
> construction, principles of legacy system conversion, data management and
> data analysis and data cleansing principles and practices 
> Selected candidates shall possess "subject matter" knowledge of
