Engineering Checker ( 4 nos.) - The candidate needs to be senior person with engineering 2D Drawing Checking. - If they have background to Engine / Casting parts, it is preferred. - The experience level would for this would be 8+ years overall experience and engineering checker experience 5+ years b. Design Engineer ( 5 nos.) - A graduate Engineer with 3+ years of experience - Should be able to manage projects from concept to production - Should have experience in designing Iron and Aluminium castings - Preferably should have experience of using PRO/E, Iman FMEA, CAT Standards and drawing notice (desirable requirements) - should have basic knowledge of analytical FEA (interpretation) and diesel engines. c. Supermodeler ( 3 nos.) - A good hands on experience of over 8 years on CAD tool (3-4 years should be on PRO/E) is required. - Should have hands on experience on Engines. - Should be having good knowledge of modeling of engine parts (mainly casting parts) using PRO/E. 2. Quality Engineers (Job Code 61754/ 61063): ( 5 nos.) - A graduate engineer with over 3 years of experience in machine engine unreliability issues. - should have knowledge of quality tools - Design experience is desirable. Will correct Pro/E models and drawings that fail: regeneration issues, inadequate or missing coordinate systems, or failure to generate a JT file. Collaborate with various design sections requiring a certain level of diplomacy. Must have very good Pro/E skills, be meticulous and detail oriented, have good communication skills, a bold personality and possess a strong sense of ownership/responsibility. 4. Model * Detailer Min.Edu: AS Min.Exp: 1 yr Req.Skills: none Strong Technical and analytical skills, demonstrated motivation and team work. Clear verbal and written skills required. Excellent ProE assembly modelers who must have either engine product knowledge, hands on engine experience, or extensive modeling experience. Will be responsible for creating design concepts and must posses the ability to produce 3D geometery from basic concepts. Will facilitate checking, modifying and releasing supplier Pro-E components models into Cat design databases for inclusion into next higher level cooling systems. The designer/modeler creates, checks and releases component and system drawings which requires working closely with CAT machine business units as well as internal Cat Cooling Systems staff. 5. Engine Controls Engineer: Min. Edu:BSME Min. Exp: 2 yr Req. Skills: Matlab/Simulink, Canape, DSPACE A strong emphasis in Control theory and system dynamics is needed. Theoretical and/or industrial exp. with diesel preferred. Proficient with Matlab/Simulink development tools is desired 6. Engine Control Systems Eng: Min. Edu: BSME Min. Exp: 2 yr Req. Skills: Matlab, Canape, DSPACE Matlab development tools experience and control systems engineering a must. Would like to have someone with Canape, and have Fuel System exp., Real-Time simulation DSPACE, and Engine/Lab test environment. 7. Engine Controls Engineer: Min. Edu: BSME Min. Exp: 2 yr Req.
