The successful candidate will organize a structured approach to design (blueprint), provide development and testing to operate smoothly at completion. As well as develop new functionality and enhancements to the existing applications as well as being involved in the drive to provide new strategic components. SKILLS: * Advanced Perl (7-10+ years) * Must have experience building Perl / be able to link C with Libraries * Experience with SWIG * SOLARIS * Linux * C * Unix * C-PAN Qualifications: * Ability to communicate well with highly technical staff and client/business end users about proposed technology solutions and the business benefits of them. * Understanding of basic database concepts and development techniques for database systems. * Organized and structured. * Delivery focused. * Successful track record working under pressure and to deadlines.
