including text descriptions, process mapping and flow-charting
2 or more years of experience with networking technologies and documenting
networklayouts
Prior experience developing business continuity plans or documentation is a

Candidate must have the ability to work with a variety of personalities and
communication styles to illicit appropriate levels of understanding of
business processes .
1 or more years prior experience interviewing staff member of all levels to
document work assignments.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, English, Technical
Writingor comparable field
