Ensures that there is a clear and common understanding of the purpose, scope, deliverables and timescales . Assesses resource requirements and builds the team accordingly . Manages scope, deliverables, timeframe (plans) and resources towards achieving its purpose and objectives . Reports on progress and recommends any remedial actions to the Program Manager . Manages resolution of issues and, when appropriate, escalates using defined channels . Identifies and manages project risks . Organizes and leads daily team meetings .
