Goal: To support HR and Payroll activities through the design, development and
maintenance of system applications
Skill-Set:
· Minimum 7 years experience in business systems software development with 2
years project management responsibilities/experience
· Minimum 5 years experience designing and developing applications in the
Oracle RDBMS environment and supporting Oracle HRMS/Payroll
· Minimum 3 years experience implementing and/or supporting UNIX based
applications
· Other necessary skills include SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Development, UNIX shell
scripting
· Nice-to-have skills include SSHR, OSB/OAB, Custom.PLL, Workflow & Alerts,
Visual Basic, ASP, JavaScript, ADS, HTML & XML
