Job Description : Analyze & design new business processes . Design of the SAP configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements . Work with the business architect & other planners to assess current capabilities and identify lower-level requirements . Identify and define business process and SAP configuration requirements as it relates to RRB (Resource Related Billing) . Work with the project manager, architects & other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the SAP system Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers . Assist in translating requirements into test conditions & expected results for product, performance & user acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the Validation Task Overview . Serve as a liaison to the business community. Participate in a user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective. . Serve as a resource for the human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products. . Understand remediation effort of existing cProject solution and determine the business processes and any business process re-engineering required before the SAP system is designed and configured from a technical perspective . Develop an application prototype and conduct a conference room pilot to validate the configuration design and explore SAP gap resolution options .
