These are critical positions in our client's Remote Operations Center which reports to the Service Desk Manager but also works closely on a daily basis with the shift Duty Manager to coordinate resources. Resource allocation is a dynamic process; which requires attention to detail, adherence to procedure, and quick judgment. This position requires exceptional reliability in terms of attendance as well as flexibility to fill in on other shifts. Calm, organized, determined personality able to deal with stress. The successful candidates for this position will exhibit a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for their work. They must be self confident and able to hold their own with the engineers. Experience using ticketing systems such as *Remedy or Vantive* is highly desirable. Ability to clearly articulate complex situations in both verbal and written formats a must. Professional telephone etiquette expected. One or more years experience in a call center or technical support environment desired. *Familiarity with ITIL a plus*. This position will also cross train to be a CSR, which is an agent managing alerts in our monitoring systems.
