Duration: 10months Rate: $40/hr CTC Locals ONLY!!! Additional Job Description: Typical responsibilities: . Plan and manage the program to meet or exceed the content, schedule, cost, quality, performance objectives . Continually communicate the program objectives to ensure the conformance of the program with the evolving Business Strategies of the organization . Continually assess the capabilities of the organization and the infrastructure to achieve the stated objectives . Strive for consistency in process across the various programs and recommend/implement continuous improvements that will lead to higher quality with improving productivity . Drive multiple releases simultaneously Required skill set: . Demonstrated experience in development planning, team building, and leading a team to a successful completion . Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, organizational development processes, and deliverables . Pro-active approach in identifying and resolving issues . Good problem resolution skills . Good conflict management skills . Effective meeting skills . Good communication skills . Good multi-tasking abilities . Ability to use MS Project . Has a good understanding of software estimating and planning Required experience: . Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical field . 5+ years software development and/or software test experience . 3+ years experience software project management experience Optional experience: . Master of Arts or Science degree in a technical field . Six Sigma or statistical process control . CMMI . Customer Relational Management products .
