Description: Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

Additional Description of Services:
· This position will serve as Tibco Lead Developer for an enterprise delivery team.
· The candidate should have 5+ years of Solid Tibco design and implementation experience, and should have 10+ years of industry experience with software development.
· Expect a well demonstrated history of building candidate architectures and design skills in the Tibco suite of products, middleware or EAI domain and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
· This position is will lead horizontal design for a set of implementation teams accountable for actual system coding and delivery, and will be charged with ensuring adherence to a horizontal design and best practices.
· This person will be expected to assist in the coding on Tibco and mentor/train less experienced developers; included code review and success criteria for testing.
