Complete Description:
**Provide developer resource for major and minor development projects.
Expert knowledge around the Genesys solutions, specifically Routing,
Infomart, CCAnalyzer, CCPulse. Strong knowledge around interaction with
Avaya and Siemens switching environments. Strong knowledge within
distributed routing solutions for Virtual Contact Centers.**
Top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of
applications programming. Acts independently under general direction.
Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises or modifies
procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity
and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible
for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full
technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.
Behavior Characteristics:
Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Three years
of experience in project management is preferred.
