Job Title: SAP ABAP HR
5+ years experience working in the discipline and demonstrated strong
understanding of business processes (HR, Payroll Processes, etc.). Candidate
will have 2 full life cycle implementations SAP HR/Payroll. Experience with
SAP R/3 version 4.7 a must. Provide solid subject matter expertise and ABAP
programming expertise for select corporate disciplines like HR with emphasis
an on Payroll processes. Will provide strong capabilities in the following
activities: Maintenance of the existing installation, Participate in the
applications of required Service Packs, Create testing scripts, and
regression testing of the same. In general, those efforts can include
providing a support contact for operations, monitoring production system for
errors, developing deployment and operational scripts, handling customer
requests. Need to have the ability to work independently and proactively.
Skill Requirements:
5+ years experience programming with ABAP HR and demonstrated strong
understanding of processes (HR, Payroll Processes, etc.), preferably for a
company with significant government service contracts. The job requires
knowledge of the customer's needs, technology and approach to business
issues. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills for
interfacing with peers, customers, and vendor representatives. The candidate
must provide the ability to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate
and document.
