*1ST Position*
* Minimum of one (1) year in the development of technical proposals.
* Minimum of two (2) years experience in troubleshooting networks,
hardware, and software issues.
* Minimum of two (2) years providing desktop support.
* Minimum of two (2) years installing network switches, printers, and
workstations.
* Minimum of two (2) years providing network architecture consulting.
* Demonstrated knowledge of: database design, local area networking,
client/server technology, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
* Desirable Qualification: MCDST Certification
*2nd Position*
* Minimum of two (2) years developing and implementing technical support
processes and procedures
* Minimum of three (3) years in the supervision of technical support
staff
* Minimum two (2) years in the development of technical proposals
* Minimum of two (2) years experience in troubleshooting networks,
hardware, and software issues
* Demonstrated knowledge of: database design, local area networking,
client/server technology, and familiarity with diagnostic tools
* Minimum of 2 years providing desktop support
* Desirable Qualification: MCSE Certification
