To all, Yesterday I read something about the Tory party that can deal it a staggering blow and utterly ruin its chances of coming to power at the next elections. Then it will not be able to carry out its lunatic anti-metric plans it announced last summer. It seems that the Tory party did not care about possible BSE cases among people; they are being accused of having had only regard for meat interests. It is even claimed that they doctored reports on the risks of BSE and played everything down. Soon a report is to be published about the way the Tory party managed the BSE crisis. (I still remember seeing the photograph in a paper where the moron Gummer (a Tory politician) forced his granddaughter to eat beef in a bit to 'prove' that it was safe; however it has an incubation time of many years, not of a few minutes).
