Adrian:

You need to go into your email program's options (Tools menu in the case of
Outlook) and set the default to Plain Text.

Also, you might want to double check, initially, by clicking on Format in
the message composition window and seeing what is selected. If HTML is
selected, click on Plain Text to correct it.

If any of the formatting options are active on your message composition
window's task bar, that is an immediate indication that you are composing in
HTML format, no matter how innocuous your text may look.

Subject: [USMA:8918] HTML Format

My previous message left this computer in Plain Text format. I was myself
surprised to receive my own message back in HTML. I have no idea why.
I checked in my Outlook's "Sent Items" folder and it is still in Plain Text.
This message also leaves in Plain text. If anyone has a suggestion let me
know.
I appologize for any inconvenience.
Adrian
PS: Thanks for the replies. We are also asking them already to work in SI if
they want our business but I wanted to make sure that I am not braking any
rules.
