[USMA:8949] interview with Ministry of Transportation, Ontario

I received a call today from Mr. Peter Brier with the Ontario Ministry
of Transportation. He is one of the few people remaining in the ministry
who was around during the metrication efforts.
A few weeks back  (2000-10-17) I sent an email to this ministry asking
about the history and difficulties surrounding the metrication of
Canada's most populated highways. I forwarded a copy of the letter to
the List as well.

I will be speaking with him on Friday at 14:00 CST (15:00 EST) so if
there is any questions you would like raised I would be happy to pass
them onto him, if time permits.
