5 minutes, more likely! It will probably be a case of 'how do you
plead?' - 'Not guilty'; then the case gets postponed for several weeks
before it really gets going.

As I said earlier, even the meeting on Oct 17 went unreported in the
national press, with only minor local coverage (the Sunderland Echo
Web site has nothing later than the news that he was being taken to
court).

The Chancellor will be making a major speech on the budget that day,
so I doubt if it will get much coverage.
