Well, John, I do... And I can assure you it ISN'T! Actually no one goes around with
a metric tape measuring the distance from the ball to the human barrier. It's all
done quite arbitrarily in real life by referees. Therefore, no harm would be done by
simply cutting that value to 9 or extending it to 10 (my preferred choice).
