I am unsure as to what you mean by converting, because one cannot convert from ANSI to ISO drafting just as one cannot convert from 1/4 UN SAE screw to M6 ISO screw. As to the differences, I have been giving a 12 h-seminar training US draftsmen (24 h-seminar designers) in the differences. There are many as you can judge. Far more than anyone expects. That includes me who, at the time I designed my first such seminar 20 years ago, I thought that a 2 h-seminar will be more than enough.
