Well, I went to Home Depot and looked and looked, and didn't see what you
bought.  At least at the HD store I was in there did not appear to be any
Honeywell units that said on the outside of the package that they were C-F
switcheable. The store rep I asked was not knowedgeable. I will check
again, and thank you for your reply, very much.

I also sent an inquiry to Honeywell, which so far has not responded.
