I used their service for awhile but finally gave it up. I grew tired of
seeing the Charleston, WV weather posted for Charleston, SC. Also, I
wrote a couple of times about their use of the masculine ordinal instead
of the degree mark (raised circle) and, though they acknowledged it and
promised to take action, nothing changed. Don't get me wrong, they were
very nice about everything, but they just couldn't find the manpower and
time to fix those problems. Otherwise it's a very nice service.
