2000-10-17 Does anyone know anything about Satellite dishes? Are they metric in design and manufacture and just soft converted to FFU? Is the 20 inch Satellite list below really a soft conversion of 50 cm. I remember when I was in Germany in the early 1990's, that 60 cm satellite dishes were very popular, even in a time when American Satellite dishes were no smaller than 3 m. If anyone has one, is it possible to measure it to see if it fits the FFU dimensions advertised or is hard metric? John P.S.
