I don't know of a calculator that will do whwat you want.  I suggest that
you convert metres to feet.  Note the whole feet and remove them from the
calculator.  Multiply the fraction by 12, note the integral part of remove
it from the calculator.  Multiply the fractional part by 64 and simplify
the result.

Example:  20 m = 20 / 0.3048 ft = 65.6167979 ft = 65 ft 7.401 574 802 in
= 65 ft 7-26/64 in = 65 ft 7-13/32 in.

See how simple it is!
