I'm not sure I followed your rationale here, Leonardo. What difference does it make to use, say, a "block" of 20 plus a block of 10 to come up with a block of 30? Or, so what if one changed lane sizes from, say, 3.6 m to 3.7, for instance (or even 3.5 m). Would a difference of 1 dm change or warrant what you described above?
