You can ALWAYS tell the difference.  Margarine tastes like fuel oil and 
really isn't much healthier than butter.  (Massive fear of making a 
pedestrian mistake and thinking in the last second before being flattened by 
a bus, "Gawd, I could have been eating butter all this time.")  OK, back on 
topic, if I can find one in here ...
