My inclination is NOT to assist someone who wants to convert from metric to
English. The impossibility of easily converting from metres to feet & inches
is one of the faults of Ye Olde English system.

PS It's not hard to convert from metres to feet and inches. I can do it with
a simple spread sheet routine.
