        Good point, Bill.  Furthermore, the coherent SI unit of speed,
m/s, is *best for all speeds*, with SI prefixes acceptable for forming
multiples and submultiples, of course; for *all* applications, on land,
on the sea, in the air and oceans, and in space; no exceptions needed.
