When I checked my personal website http://my.athenet.net/~mgk920 (hosted
by my local ISP) in July of 2000, I noticed that the 'counter' on the
ISP's server showed a date of "07-26-100".

You should have seen the face on the ISP's 'techie' when I showed it to
him while I was at their office to pay my monthly bill the following
week.  After their 'repair' was completed and a format correction on my
end, it now correctly reads "YYYY-MM-DD".
