Just got a new toilet installed in my house.  When the repairmen was done he
said it's one of those "1.6 gallon" models recommended by the government,
which sounded like an odd size to me. Flush with excitment I ran for the
calculator, and sure enough when muliplied by 3.78 it came out to an even
6L.

Does anyone know if the feds are at least getting their toilet
specifications right?
