Interesting! He makes a good point against Thorburn and Herron, saying
that their democratic rights had not been challenged, contrary to their
statements. He even claims to have seen no such dustup over the
conversion of the petrol pumps and therefore implies that their protest
is a tempest in a teapot. But then he lays the blame on the Sutherland
City Council for creating the problem by its "intransigence" by
insisting on adhering to the law!
