I don't think you can find that sentence in the Harry Potter books.  J. K.
Rowling was asked by a journalist in Toronto what was her attitude to the
metric system.  She replied "metric is for muggles".  Someone pointed out
in a letter to the editor that the muggles are the ordinary people
