There are four court scenes on the BWMA postcard: 1. "Sid the Swindler, for cheating old folk out or their life savings, burglary and false pretences, I fine you 500 pounds and thirty hours community serve." The counsel for defence: "My client was ill at the time, m'lud". 2."Wayne Lamebrayne, taking and driving away and driving under the influence - twelve months probation. You could easily have injured yourself, my lad." Councel: "My client suffers from under-age drinking syndrome, m'lud." "3. "Barry the Blagger. This is the fourth time you've appeared before me for crimes of violence. Sentenced to six months. Do try to keep out of trouble in the future." 4. A very irate judge, like the notorious Nazi hanging judge Roland Freisler. In his rage he throws a glass of water off the bench. "Graeme the greengrocer. Selling four pounds of King Edwards and half a pound of spring onions to a little old lady...... .....Hanging would be too good for a criminal subversive like you. However, I fine you 2000 pounds. Next time you may not be so lucky." http://www.footrule.org
