For people who don't do Windows, "GNU Units"
(http://www.gnu.org/software/units/units.html) is a fantastic conversion
program, that will not only convert complicated unit expressions, but also
tell you definitions:
$ units
2112 units, 59 prefixes
You have: jansky
You want:
Definition: fluxunit = 1e-26 W/m^2 Hz = 1e-26 kg / s^2
It also knows about densities of some cooking ingredients, so for example,
you can convert from "cups sugar" to grams.
Just reading through the data file, which is thoroughly commented, is
quite educational.
