I have an original printed copy which I am willing to lend if the
borrower promises to return it in not more than 60 days, and pays mailing
costs in advance. Borrower must have a record of support for SI.
I also have an original printed copy of the "Report To The
Congress; Getting A Better Understanding of The Metric System -
Implications If Adopted By The United States" by the Comptroller General
of the United States, CED-78-128A, 1978 Oct 20. My conditions for
borrowing this Report are the same as for "A Metric America;..."
