I can not find the "year" in Table 6 of my copy the BIPM bible, 7th Edition
1998.

The introduction of Table 8 also says:
"Table 8 lists some oher non-SI units which are currently accepted for use
with the SI to satisfy the needs of commerccial, legal and specialized
scientific interests."
1 000 000 m2 = 1 km2.  This is an inconviently large step.

I agree with Gene about D, H, and K.
