I'm in favor of that. I've developed quite a conversion aversion! It
gets people "translating" in their heads instead of thinking in the
"language". But, though I don't hand them out to students in my school
presentations, I do provide the teachers with one for a "desk copy".
And, I suppose, they might be useful and comforting to travelers.
