Andy,
Thanks for your Fax Number. The Executive Order by President Bush
(the elder) which I am about to fax to you includes his signature. Some
highlights which I have marked in yellow on the original from the Federal
Register (via NIST SP 814 of 1991) might blur my copy by Fax to you.

without President Bush's signature) is

This is the 1998 Edition of SP 814 which bears the revised title:
"Interpretation of the SI for the United States and Federal Government
Metric Conversion Policy."
I hope you are successful in persuading Buddies of Jeb, Jeb, and

and Conversion Policy favoring SI with the same conspicuous enthusiasm
that you demonstrate.
