Glad you are commenting, Jim. Please reference the Federal
Register Notice of 1998 as documentation of SI for the US. The writer of
kilogram-force on page 32 may never have even heard of SI.

Did L-M make the error on page 32, or use newtons correctly for
thrust on page 18? Are authors named for each section?
