This must be the work of the BWMA. They must be contacting the media in an
attempt to stop the public from getting any metric exposure. You need to
reply that this is the work of a distraught minority trying to undo 35 years
of progress.
To our UKMA friends, please contact Discovery Channel and let them know that
metric is used in Britain and understood by all. Explain there is a vocal
minority, upset over the loss of the empire, and will stop at nothing in the
hopes of restoring the Britain of old including a resurrection of imperial
measurements.
Do what ever it takes to convince Discovery Channel that the e-mails they
have received are all lies.
Canadians and Australians should also contact them as well.
