What is the symbol following the 0.45? If that is suppose to be the Euro
symbol, it is alt-0128, which should look like so: €

Does everyone see the correct symbol.

So, what is wrong with 0,01 € being called a centieuro and its symbol being
c€?

Keiner ist hoffnungsloser versklavt als derjenige, der irrtümlich glaubt
frei zu sein.

There are none more hopelessly enslaved then those who falsely believe they
re free!

Actually none, to my knowledge - and I think I am well informed.

I suspect that usage will be to write with de decimal form, for
instance 45 cent will be written 0.45 ¤.
