Sorry to disturb you again, but I *really* need some help here. Not too long ago (a
few days) I've put a request for someone to send me a small essay containing the
definition of coherence and consistency in metrology, but as of yet I still haven't
received any feedback. I plan to release this study to universities and colleges here
in Canada even this week if at all possible.
Please, Gene, Dennis, Jim, or anyone else who knows this. Can any of you help me with
this? Thank you so much. As a bonus, I promise to send you a copy of this study...
