Sounds right. And based on Gene's (?) mail on the lack of action on amending the FPLA 
to permit metric-only labelling, that certainly seems like it ought to be a high 
priority for lobbying and action on the part of the USMA.

Is there substantial agreement on this? If so, how do we start focusing on this as a 
goal for this year's Congress?
