Easy, Ezra. As far as I know, USMA is not a registered lobby
organization. I happen to know that USMA people talk with people in the
legislature (or their staffs) and in the federal bureaucracy quite
often. But this is the sort of thing best done quietly and on a personal
basis. I would imagine that many of those people would not care to have
those conversations held in a public forum but would prefer an
"informal" approach. Just my guestimation.
