Canadian regulations require all prepackaged food to give equal prominence to French and English on the labels. That is a much more expensive requirement than labelling in two measurement systems. TABU never mentions that requirement, and for that reason I think I think that their protests are bogus. The European market also has many linquistic requirements that preclude the use of American labels. Joseph B. Reid 17 Glebe Road West Toronto M5P 1C8 Tel. 416 486-6071
