My local representative to the Maryland House of Delegates sent out a
constituent newsletter the other day.  Here is the first sentence of one
paragraph.   It is shown here exactly as written.  I am not making this up.

"Drunk driving legislation - The General Assembly passed a measure that will
reduce the blood alcohol concentration level needed to determine a violation
of driving under the influence from 0.1 grams to 0.08 grams of alcohol per
100 millimeters of blood."

Still a ways to go.
